Who I am
My name is Madison Wurtz. I am a 2024 graduate of the two year professional photography and digital imaging class in ESBOCES where I became Adobe Certified. In April of 2024 I was able to place in 3rd in the NYS SkillsUSA photography competition. I have always been interested in photography, ever since I was young. I used it as a form of expression and emotions. I have been described as observant, creative and having the ability to listen, which are some of the main characteristics a good photographer should have.
My Goal is to one day be a teacher. Whether or not I teach Photography, I know that I will continue with it for sure. It is more than a hobby. I will always be forever grateful for my family and for my amazing BOCES teacher who kept building me up and allowing me to get where I am. Being more shy growing up is not easy. It makes someone more aware of their surroundings and more aware of their peers. I want to make everyone feel happy and confident in their skin. My plan is to use photography to do just that.
